the fine print
Privacy
This site does not track you.
No analytics, no ad pixels, no cookies of our own. We only ever see what you choose to tell us, and we keep as little of it as possible. Here is the whole story, in plain language.
The chat at the fence
When the chat is open, you can knock and ask us something. Whatever you type, along with the name you give if you give one, reaches us as a Telegram message on a phone at the kitchen table. That is the whole pipeline.
While the chat is open, the conversation lives in the site's short term memory so your messages and our replies can find each other. Nothing is written to a database. When the chat closes, the conversation is gone, and we clear the thread off our phone as well.
Your browser keeps one small note for the length of your visit so the chat remembers you between page loads. It lives in this tab only, it is not a cookie, it does not follow you anywhere, and it disappears when the tab closes.
And as we say next to the chat: nothing you tell us is shared or made public without asking you first.
If you write to [email protected], your message sits in our inbox like any other email. We read everything, and we do not add you to any list.
The plumbing
Like nearly every website, this one leans on a few services to stay standing, and they see the basic technical details of any visit, such as your IP address. Cloudflare serves and protects the site, Railway hosts it, and our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google. That is a normal part of how the web works, and none of these services get anything from us about who you are.
The Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube links on the homepage take you to those platforms. Once you are there, their privacy policies apply, not ours.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade anything about you. We do not run ads. We do not build profiles. If any of that ever changes, this page changes first, loudly.
The other fine print
We are two friends comparing notes, not doctors, and nothing on this site or the show is medical advice. Bring the real questions to your own doctor; bring the rest to the fence.
